Why do you want to be staff? (100 words minimum): I know the server has just opened up and the community is still yet to grow but I wanna be here for when it has its ups and downs.I feel as if being a staff member could help it out more

English isnt my first language but 8/10
Explain RDM: Random Death Match; Killing a player without a valid reason.
Explain NLR: New Life Rule- When a player returns to play of death before timer runs out or remebers information from past life.
Explain FailRP: FailRP is when a certain job does something that their job is not allowed to do for instance, a theif enforcing laws or a hobo raiding
Explain Metagaming: Using outside information to use in the game. For instance a player is hiding on the map and you gain knowledge of where the player is hiding via discord or another app.
How would you deal with RDM?: I would ask the player for the reason of killing the other player. If it's invalid I would jail/warn the player for RDM.
How would you deal with NLR?: Depends on the situation. If someone returned to a base that got raided and kiled the player that raided them before the timer, I would warn the player for NLR.
How would you deal with FailRP?: Once again it depends on the situation. If a cop starts printing, I would ask to remove the printer. If he/she doesn't I would remove the printer and give a warn.
